At Frontier Solutions, we offer value to our clients. We do this by following a simple process. This process allows us to assess, design, procure and assist in the implementation of new telecom and communication services, leaving you more time to do your job. And since we are a brokerage, this all comes at no cost to you or your company!
Step 1: Free Consultative Assessment and Current Services Audit
We will audit your current services and consult with you to help you to figure out what your real needs are moving forward.
Step 2: Exploring Options and Finding the Best Option
We take the information gathered in step 1 and shop all of the available providers to find the best solution for your needs. We then review all the information with you so that you can make the best decision for your organization/company. We will make suggestions for you but ultimately, the decision on what services you select is up to you. If no better solution or service options are available, there is no obligation to make any changes.
Step 3: Solution Provider Coordination and Implementation Assistance
We work with the provider(s) on your behalf throughout the entire order and implementation process. This includes gathering quotes and agreements, handling negotiations, coordination of installations as well as coordination between your IT vendors and the providers. We will also assist in the set-up, design and administration of your new hosted voice platform.
Step 4: Post Install Checklist
Once your new services are installed and activated, we will check to ensure everything is working properly and everything that was ordered has been installed/delivered. This includes an audit of the initial invoice to ensure billing has also been set up properly.
Step 5: Account Management and Customer Service
This may be the biggest value to you of all. Once your services are up and running, we will stay on board for the life of the services and function as an account manager, added layer of customer support and provider liaison to you. This ongoing management includes but is not limited to: billing audits, trouble tickets, administrative assistance, help with any questions or possible issues, quarterly service check-ins and when your contract term nears, we can do it all over again or simply assist with contract renewal negotiations. This will all be available for the life of the services free of cost!
